-A winner will be randomly picked by computer every 8 weeks. Only those entrants in the 8 weeks prior to the draw date will be included in the draw.

-We will notify the winner by email. If the prize of a £200 Mr & Mrs Smith Get A Room! voucher is not claimed within 14 working days of notification, The Sleep Room reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative entrant.

-The prize is a voucher only. As such, if the cost of the stay in the hotel exceeds £200, The Sleep Room are not liable for the excess.

-The Sleep Room will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.

-The lucky winners agree to the use of their names and photographs in post prize publicity. Typically The Sleep Room would write a post on our blog about the winner's experience in the hotel of their choice.

-By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
