Tired of trawling around looking for a painted bed?

So were we. That's why we started The Sleep Room. One thing we noticed a while back was that the internet was full of painted beds which had been given a faux-distressed look which seemed a bit tacky. So we decided to offer a different kind of painted bed by hopping on a plane to Rajasthan in India armed with our Farrow & Ball paint swatches for inspiration. We met some incredible people out there who do everything by hand: from carving the wood, shaping bone to be inlayed, to painting and waxing the bed. The result is something a little bit special which you can't find anywhere else.
